Breathwork is rapidly becoming a modality of choice for people who want to build new habits, craft a meaningful life and feel excited about their work. This empowering technique helps you deepen your sense of purpose by clearing your mind of all the “clutter” and allowing you to tap into your truest self, unlocking creativity, healing, and powerful personal transformation.

For many people, breathwork is a new concept and may even feel intimidating for some.
I’m here to help. Breathing is as natural as it gets - simple, comforting, and relaxing.
As a Pause Breathwork facilitator in training, my utmost priority is supporting you in your breathing experience.
My role is to be your guide, but you are in charge the whole time. You will set the intention for the session and I will listen to and watch for your cues to help you ease into the experience - especially if it’s your first time doing breathwork.
There are two types of sessions available:
Integrative: An integrative session is shorter (8 minutes of total breathing time + some reflection after the session). This is usually a more relaxing breath experience, good for reflection, rest and calming.
Meditative: A meditative session is longer (20 minutes of total breathing time + discussion after the experience) and more activating. This type of session can be more activating and is good for unlocking creativity, getting in touch with a deeper sense of self and uncovering a higher purpose.
It is important to note that everyone’s experience is different. There is no expected outcome or timeline for your breathwork journey - it will be unique to you, and well worth it.
Please note: there are some conditions that are not within my scope of practice, or where it’s important to consult with your physician before participating in breathwork. These are listed in the form on Calendly, so please answer all questions so I can best support you.
